Extended travel, parking fees, tolls, after-hours appointments, holidays, or special-access locations may require confirmation or an additional quote.
6. Do you provide the physical FD-258 cards?
Yes. Two official FBI Standard Form FD-258 heavy card stock cards are provided with each appointment. If your requesting agency supplied you with pre-printed or custom cards, our technician can use those as well.
7. What identification should I have?
Have a current, valid government-issued photo identification document (Driver's License, State ID, US Passport, Military ID, or Green Card) available at your appointment.
